I am a cruise addict, and it had been 18 months in between cruises. This is what I needed, and MSC delivered! The positives were that the ship was at about 1/3 or 1/4 of passenger capacity....no waits in lines....no overcrowded shows, buffets, etc. The negatives: all of the Covid/mask restrictions. This is to no fault of MSC....we (as did all passengers) knew exactly what we were signing up for. Still, it was all worth it!

no prime rib....no Beef Wellington....no real thrills. Still, the food was very good.
Onboard Activities

mainly rest & relaxation. Went to the shows...sat at the pool and listened to the band. We enjoyed it all (despite the mask mandates).

no complaints at all....we enjoyed all of the entertainment/performers.
Service and Staff

the wait staff was a little slow at times, but there is no doubt that they are just getting back into the swing of things. One thing is for sure, they all work very hard and are very courteous.
Ship Quality

This was our 17th cruise (and second on the MSC Meraviglia), and this is in the top 3 of all of the cruise ships that we have been on. Beautiful!
Cabin / Stateroom

it was a great place to call 'home' for 4 days.
Ship tip
we got an oversized balcony (HUGE balcony, actually) for $20 more. Do your homework on the rooms that you are considering.
Nassau is a 'hot mess' right now with all of the construction taking place near/around the port. At some point, hopefully all of the work will be worth it, but right now, I have no interest in ever going back.
