Expensive! Service fees daily for beverages, even with the premium plus package, and excursions cost a lot. Lack of communication, weird shop hours, hard to understand staff. The pools were great, ship always clean. The islands are breath taking.

Very displeased with dinning. Our dinner time was 8:30 but it took 2 hours to get food. I missed many great events due to this. Also, there was limited options to choose. I think speciality restaurants should be part of the price for more options. They were very expensive so we didn’t go to. We paid a lot already. The buffet had a variety of choices but didn’t have cream for coffee.

I loved the balcony in our cabin. It was small and cozy as I expected. My one disappointment was there was no room to put my chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge. I ordered for our anniversary for Thursday but were delivered the first day. They ended up not being eaten because of this.
Ship tip
Bring a lot of money. It is expensive and you get charged service fees not included in packages. Also dinner takes 2 hours so don’t plan activities around dinner time. They don’t have signs of tones things are open and closed. I couldn’t get sunblock (they indicated to keep home because can buy in shop)until about 8-9 pm
I wish there was more time to explore Nassau and Bimoral Island. I chose the dolphin swim so couldn’t explore Nassau. Also wish there were shops on the island for souvenirs.
We missed lunch because we weren’t told it would be closed at 2. The staff were rude about it when we went and said it was announced. I’m not sure where they announced it because I didn’t hear it. They need to clearly mark times of service.
Confusing. The embankment paperwork told us to go to the theater but when we went we were told to go somewhere else. Then we waiting in line quite awhile to get out
Well one thing you will find on other cruises is that all of the crew are from different countries so some of them are hard to understand. If you want American crew you will have to cruise NCL Pride of America, which only cruises Hawaii or an American river cruise.
Sounds like you did no research. All of the costs are explained in advance on their website and all over the internet. Excursion pricing is posted years in advance. Specialty dining costs, daily gratuities, venue hours.
