Review summary

A great trip. We were the first paying passengers so the staff was new and some glitches were expected. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this trip and the ship was awesome.

Embarkation

Due to the pandemic the checkin was slow. The only issue I had is at the last checkin station it was very chaotic and people were curing in line. We were waiting for 20 minutes in a line and the clerk disappeared and we had to go to the end of another line and start over. Very frustrating!

Portion size was good. Not a lot of vegetarian options. The ship was not at full capacity so this could be an anomaly.

Onboard Activities

Lots to do but you had to reserve a seat on the nightly shows and you could only see it once. Our show on the first night was canceled and we could not reserve another time slot.

Entertainment

Entertainment was good but I thought they were going to have a Cirque de Soleil show.

The staff and service was fabulous. Staff was happy and very attentive.

Very nice balcony room. Contemporary design. Layout was very good. Balcony was a bit small.

Ship tip

On the first night if you have early dining get in line early or wait 15 minutes to get in line.

People were so glad to see us. The port was sad so many shops closed. Ferries did not run to Atlantis due to Covid.
