Review summary

We were victims of bait and switch advertising. Main reason sailing was ocean cay. They near informed us we were not going until it was to late to cancel the trip. Very mean and unsympathetic service department avoid this ship and line if you can there are better options

Nice looking theater to bad the talent is all over the place seemed like having jr. High kids on stage with a star. Not allowed to have drinks in theater either makes it even worse

This is mixed we had a wonderful cabin Stewart after getting rid of the original one. Bar tenders and servers all were on point. However the customer service on board is a joke. Just an excuse department

No ports are ever a guarantee, even when listed in the itinerary. The other ports listed have great options, so hopefully you found something enjoyable to do. Food is very subjective, but I always find it hard to believe when people post that “everything was terrible” or “nothing was edible”.
