On embarkation day, is it MSC policy to deliver luggage’s inside the cabins or are baggage’s left in the corridor outside the cabins (like Norwegian)?

All luggage is left outside the cabins, unless you personally carry it on. However, if you're being escorted to your cabin directly by your Yacht Club butler, I'm sure they can arrange for your luggage to be delivered inside your room and also unpack it if you like.

You must have been in the Yacht Club.  All luggage was outside cabins on my recent departure on regular decks.
