No matter what time your boarding time says you can arrive as early as 8:00 am -8:30am and get in line. The line will form to your right as soon as you enter. So stand there.There will be nobody outside the gates of the property, so don't wait for someone to come and guide you. Just walk through the entry gate and all the way to the ship/embarkation building. Through the doors that DO NOT say CBP.

The earliest time I ever received was 9:30am on my documents but there were mobs of people coming and going. They didn’t start calling boarding groups until 11:30am.
