In order to upgrade, you will need to do so on the ship. Once you sign into your one device, there should be the option for streaming. Make sure you turn off any VPN or other blocking service on your phone so it will work seamlessly.

....also, if you have a certain status you can get a percentage off of the wifi charges. It's listed on MSC's Voyager Club page on their website, for additional information.
