Bar waiters need more TRAINING was not happy with sports bar bartender (Astawe)he is very very rude, I felt he is prejudice. Service desk was great (Patricia) was very understanding, polite, professional in locating my lost luggage. Overall great staff a couple of bad apples need more people training. Oh one more young man in Cigar lounge needs to be reminded everyone is equal never once cleared our table.I expected better service in a small room.

Everything was great,nice size room plenty of space to move about, plenty of space to store your cloths,most of all I appreciate all the hangers that were available to hang my garments.
