We were scheduled to go on Oceania which is a very disappointing cruise line that promises but doesn't deliver! MSC was SO MUCH BETTER AND SO MUCH CHEAPER!

We were so impressed with how we were treated on MSC. Rimel and Marlowe our dining stewards were incredible! So professional and kind! They did everything they could to make our dining experience a true delight! A special shout out to Donobel Gongon! She was so personable and truly made our trip unforgettable! She is one of the kindest most generous drink server we have ever encountered! Berlin in the Cigar Bar introduced us to new and unusual cocktails and was just amazing in his service to us. Also in the dining room for breakfast Emerly and Nemiswar were so good to us. Length, our room steward made sure to keep our room sparkling ✨️ clean and got us whatever we needed. Lastly, Uladzislau Matsenk, in the Cigar Bar made us feel like long last friends. He made us feel so at home. The staff on MSC was truly incredible and should be recognized for going above and beyond!

Amazing you liked this better than Oceana!! But if they dont deliver.... I am excited to be booked on Magnifica in the future. Glad to b warned there are no washcloths!!! But overall I can see I'll enjoy the ship! TY for your review.
