Review summary

We did not enjoy this ship as well as we have some of the other MSC ships. Not up to the usual MSC standards for comfort, ease of mobility through the ship, food and service in the dining room or activities. The one thing that was most difficult to contend with was the MSC app for access to daily planner, menus, and other information. It was not only slow but difficult to use. Your program needs some serious tweaking.

This is one of their older shops without all the glitz. Different experiences are usually had on the older ones in each line

The MSC on board app is not very fast and is cumbersome compared to Celebrity . Maybe they will improve it someday. But overall, maybe this is not the ship for you. Maybe a short cruise is different .
