Review summary

I have taken approximately 9-10 cruises with various well-regarded cruise lines, but this was my first experience with MSC. What a fantastic journey! Everything exceeded my expectations—from the destinations we visited, the exceptional service, the delicious food and drinks, the diverse activities, the nightly shows, and the attentive staff. I was particularly captivated by Ocean Cay in the Bahamas. However, what impresses me most and motivates me to choose MSC for future cruises is their commitment to environmental sustainability. This dedication truly stood out to me. Thank you, MSC! I look forward to sailing with you again soon.

Ship Quality

The layout and design of the ship were exceptional—elegant and impressive. All areas were meticulously clean with well-maintained carpets. The overall structure of the ship was beautiful and impeccably cared for.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin, Bella (balcony) on Deck 11, room number 11044, was ideal for two people. The view was stunning, providing amazing sightseeing opportunities. Our cabin steward offered excellent service, remaining attentive and available whenever needed. Overall, the service received was outstanding. The only minor concern was that the mattress was firmer than preferred, which affected comfort levels.

Ship tip

One piece of advice I would give someone about sailing on MSC Magnifica is to consider it a worthwhile investment. The experience offers exceptional value for money, making it a gift for life that you can give yourself.

Easy to exit and enter to the ship without any issue. Very organized. We opted for a private tour lasting 3-4 hours (we preferred), exploring the island which I thoroughly enjoyed. Our tour guide was excellent, fluent in both Spanish and English, and managed to show us many sights despite our limited time.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico
