On time of embarkation we try to take the luggage with us, because last year our bags was lost for the whole day and we received it the next day. We just got a small emergency bag from the front desk which included 1 shirt and some personal care supplies. One of the security lady says that 1 of our bags is too big and we have to drop it off to the guy outside so he bring it in. I tried to explain the situation but she didn't wanna listen, On the same time I give her the example that people are coming in with a bigger bags than it is mine. I did send the kid out to drop off his bag to the guy who was collecting them cross street but he did not take it saying that we have to pay for this service so he'll take that luggage. π€₯π‘ My kid came back Passing this message, Then I approach the security lady again and she pretend that she does not really hear me and ignore me. That's really make no sense to pay for the service which didn't work last year and I do not need it because I really want to take care of my luggage myself. Since the security lady inside did not pay anymore attention and ignored us, we just took our luggage in and nobody else stopped us with no any arguments. π€― THAT WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Again...

Poor choice of fresh fruit, no grapes, strawberries, cherry, kiwifruit etc. We got apples, pineapples and a lot of watermelon ππ₯° π

Not too much for the 14th teens to do.
Not old enough for for night show, no pool parties.
Will be great few table games, easy but fun. Like small competition..., uno, dominoes etc. Just a better chance to meet other kids and make friends.

All the shows were OK.
Everything was good, except for the presenter, who tried to warm up the audience at the beginning.
He made stupid, incomprehensible jokes, and at the end he added that he didnβt have time to explain to the public, as if the public were all morons.
I mean, if you canβt explain the joke and the audience doesnβt laugh, maybe itβs time to come up with a new program of funnier jokes, especially since it only takes up to 10 minutes of air time.))

Ship was pretty nice unknown complaints about mess. Very organized and clean.
When we came, we have an issue by forgetting a charger block for the wall and taking only the cable, When we get down to the store there was impossible to purchase that charger since non of the stores had it.
But we did find a salvation by accident, in one of the stores (glasses store) was working girl from Ukraine named Yulya. That awesome employee SAVED OUR VACATION πβ£π―
She borrowed us a charger and let us keep it until las day.

I would like to mention that when the application showed that there is a sale $10 on the stores on the 7 deck, It actually was a big lie and there was no sales. When we get down to sea and getting some good deals the only we've found it was 10, 20 up to 40% discountFor watches perfume jewelry and cosmetics.
When I did show the offer on the app to the seller's people they was confused and didn't know where to direct me and say that it might be a mistake on the app.
That part is very unfair and unacceptable, disrespectful to all the people who was following that application. Which will obviously include ALL THE GUESTS ON THAT SHIP. πππ€·πΌββοΈ

For those people who is not going to casino to spend their money but still want to get some memories and do some shopping perhaps will be nice to Perhaps, to do more of deals for ever for every budget.
All the road is on construction and it was a little hard to find terminal c parking the signs and the Google Map does not bring to the correct entrance.
I did purchase one gold ring on the ship but after I bend on the island I did purchase Another golden drink for a better price and they was able to size it right there within 1 hour. The ring I purchased on the boat I still did not receive it and I am getting worried about that because they say it has to be sent to New York to make my size 11. All the rings on the boat was only small size. Seems like for Chinese and Mexican people only ππ€£π€.
