Only issue was with room keys. Had to obtain second set, first did not work. Had to visit guest services twice to get it right

Circus show was awesome. Comedy could have been better- preferred pg version as opposed to r-rated. Karioke was good. More options would have been better.

Our cabin attendant Bachri was excellent. Entertainment personnel nice. Other than that most of employees were not as pleasant - wait/dining staff, some bar attendants, and especially guest services. I'm am a very patient person and tolerable to most attitudes. Second cruise for me on different line....there personnel were much, much more pleasant!!

Ship definitely caters to adults as opposed to another line. More activities/options for both kids and adults.
