Review summary

as a person who has cruised on other lines, this was not my favorite cruise, no attention to detail, no follow through. I had to call many time prior to the trip to straighten out issues, I had to get my own drinks at bars and pool. I had to fix my breakfast package myself and complete the paper to put on the door even after I was at the desk and was never informed what to do and they missed 2 of the 7 days that I was supposed to have service. Not very happy will not recommend.

very fragmented with open areas not all elevators go to main areas

Steward was nice but did not follow through with items. They did nothing for the excursions. The breakfast package that was included I have to do myself, never got infor or papers. was a mess

I never did these ports before. All OK excursion need to explain if you can take water and snacks and if there is food to buy. 5 and 6 hours tours should include snacks and beverages.

port of. excursion long. Sandwich was horrible no chips just a sandwich for a 6 hour excursion. Thank god they sold snacks at the site. The site was good, the guide was good.
