Review summary

The boat and staff were lovely, we ended up taking 3 e bike tours with Raj. A first class guy who single handedly turned our experience better. It is completely unacceptable that MSC, which has every piece of our contact information, not to contact us not to let us know we were unable to disembark without a chaperone.

Time in port was shortened to a few hours, the cruise refused to refund our money for an excursion when they changed the time from 11am to 8am. Poor customer service.
