Awesome cruise that my wife and I can't wait to take again or something very similar. Highly recommend this cruise and even this ship! Again we loved it. Everything was 100% Frist Class! Thank you MSC!

Service and Staff

EVERYONE was so incredibly nice and super helpful. Our waiter, Felix in the Red Velvet Dining Room was EXCEPTIONAL! He catered to us and we loved it. He is super professional and extremely good at his job! Our cabin room steward IDidik) was also super nice and kept our room VERY CLEAN! There were others on the ship who we met during our stay that made quite an expression on us as well....but unfortunately I don't have their names. But again - everyone was GREAT! :-)

Absolutely Beautiful! The only thing that I would correct is the comfort of the bed. The bed was a little too firm in my wife's opinion and could have been a little softer. She had a hard time sleeping each night. But other than that - awesome room and balcony view!

Ship tip

You will absolutely LOVE the male piano player/singer who sings LIVE every night. Apologies that I can't recall his name, but believe me - when he plays and sings and you hear him - you will KNOW that is who I was referring to!

This was a little confusing. Once we exited the ship, it was not clear where to go to retrive our luggage. We just started kinda wandaring and looking for someone to direct us, and finally someone told us to go downstairs. There should be someone or signs clearly marked telling departing guests where to go to pick up their luggage.
