Review summary

As first time cruise "goers" we were very surprised at how incredible it was. We had our standards set pretty low due to mixed reviews of MSC Davina but honestly we were VERY IMPRESSED with everything. We have also had some pretty amazing vacations that we didn't think others would come close to. This trip is in the top for us! And the pizza was good!!!

We are foodies for sure. After reading others reviews we thought we'd be eating pizza the whole time as many commented on poor food quality. Boy were they wrong. Tons of variety on the buffet and the sit down lunch and dinners were excellent.

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

Unfortunately due to the weather it was unsafe to go to this port. Disappointing yes, but I'd rather be safe than caught in a horrible storm. Looks like the captain and crew made the right choice! Another cruise ship from another line was possibly hit by lightning in the Bahamas on Saturday. Glad our crew chose a day at sea and got us out of danger.
