Review summary

MSC exceeded our expectations. The Divina was the cleanest and most well-maintained ship we've sailed. The ship's layout has a nice flow. MSC's drink packages are the best value and truly bottomless. The food was good with ample variety and the pizza is excellent and lives up to its reputation. We received excellent service across the ship. Ocean Cay is one of the most underrated ports in the Caribbean that you need to experience. MSC is worth the "risk" of the unknown and we would highly recommend it.

Old school paper technology that was executed quickly and efficiently. Embaration for our group of (8) with (3) rooms took no more than 20 minutes.

The drink package is an exceptional value. It's truly bottomless and valid on the MSC's private island (Ocean Cay). The MDR was good with ample variety and we could sample multiple appetizers as suggested by our serving team. The pizza is excellent and lives up to its reputation.

Onboard Activities

There is only one waterslide, but it is adequate. The hot tubes and pools were crowded as expected.

Entertainment

The music and shows have a bit more European flair but are still very entertaining.

This was the cleanest and most well-maintained ship we've sailed. The layout of the main pool area is a bit cramped, but the rest of the ship had a nice flow.

Looks like you picked the right MSC ship. Kpeartree on Meraviglia and shawnic on Virtuosa did not have as good of an experience on their cruises. It seems that MSC does some things different than other cruiselines, that people are not use to or aware of that seems to be a lot of contention for cruisers not familiar with MSC.

Glad you enjoyed it. I was on the Divina for 19 days in October and loved it. I am booked for three more cruises totaling 31 days on the Divina in the next six months. I have no idea what people are looking for that. have such a negative experience with MSC. I guess they are looking for a carbon copy of Carnival, which it is not, but that is a good thing.
