Review summary

The worst cruise we have ever taken. Food was meh, service was meh, entertainment was awful as in non existent. We got the drink package and it was a waste as they were out of certain liquors. The television didn’t work on board. It was just awful.

The hallways smelled awful.

The bathroom grossed us all out. I don’t know if it was dirty or stained. The pull out mattress had dirty stains. Also our television didn’t work. Apparently the Whole ships tv was down and had been down for a whole month.

Thanks for the review. People either love or hate MSC. I had a great experience in January and am booked again in October and looking forward to it. Luckily there are multiple cruise lines so hopefully you will find one you like

It was an OK cruise
Amazing Cruise!!
We had a great time on the cruise. The food was good , the staff were nice especially the late dinner staff (dewa). Housekeeping were amazing on our floor.
