Was a bit stressful needing to be tested again at embarkation even though I took a PCR and a rapid before I came. But I completely understand they have to do that because covid is skyrocketing

Food was generally a miss for me. The only good thing to me in the buffet was the pizza. I had to purchase room service food for a decent tasting meal. Some food arrived cold in dining room.
Onboard Activities

There's always something to do and always a pool or hot tub open, unlike other cruise lines that are overcrowded! I never had to wait in a long line to get service
Service and Staff

Very nice and professional crew. However, I did have to go get my own drinks many times even when near a bar. Other lines have staff walk around and ask what you'd like. While I did get this on the main deck one night, it was not consistent throughout the ship.

The beauty of the ship canceled out any complaints I had! Its a gorgeous ship and everything is easy to find, clean, super modern and classy!

Give it a chance! The reviews are so mixed so I thought the experience would be not so great, but I was completely wrong! Go with the mind that you will pay for your food if you want a good meal, and that the line is Italian and has a different feel and culture within the staff also. If you're looking for a classy, romantic, relaxing cruise, choose MSC Divina!
