We just went on a 4 night cruise in September. As far as the food went, although the selection was not large, it was comparable to other lines. One night I could not eat the entree as the fish was not cooked nearly as much as it should have been, but the staff went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied. The deserts were over and above any cruise we have been on (34). Unfortunately no ice cream machine or gelato!

I sailed on Divina December 2019 11 Days and again January 31, 2020 for 7 days The staff and crew were personable and engaging as far as the food in the Dining rooms it wasn’t the greatest but I wouldn’t say horrible however the buffet was in my opinion great tons of choices and selections pizza was excellent I must say it is more of a European palate, which they adapted over the years to cater to a US market

I cannot understand the food complaints on MSC. I was just on her for 7 days. Did I starve? No way. There are not as many menu choices - in the MDR and buffet - as other lines. However, the food was good, maybe not exceptional though. This line is NOT Cunard and people need to stop expecting that.

Oh, no! Yet another bad food review about MSC. I really want to try this line as most people agree that the ships are beautiful. But the reviews about the customer service run the gamut from great to very poor. I suppose I'll just have to find out for myself 🤷🏾‍♀️
