Ship is beautiful. Food in main dining room very good and wait staff there could not be any better.
Cabin staff was also excellent.
Was very disappointed in rest of ship staff. Was not helpful, accommodating or interested in resolving problems to customer satisfaction.
Will not cruise with MSC again.

$2.95 for a can of soft drink very expensive, especially considering you can't bring them onboard. Buffet food nothing spectacular. No iced tea available before lunch time.
Black and White Lounge

Was charged $7.95 for a glass a drink came in at the Black & White. Ship representative, as well as manager refused to refund the charge even though I was unaware I was supposed to keep the glass. I am not accustomed to keeping glasses I am served from in a bar and did not keep this one. Cruise lines refused to resolve the issue for me.

Don't book shore excursions from cruise lines. Not as advertised to be. Overpriced.
Beautiful beach shore excursion. Booked through cruise line. Overpriced.
My sister booked a different shore excursion thru cruise line. They refused to assist her and has trouble walking. Departed ship by going down several flights of stairs and told her to take elevator. They did not wait for her. Did not assure she was with group to board taxi. At one point she was left alone to walk down an alley.
Entire nightmare. Nothing was as described. Was forced to exit taxi at a beach that displayed a large red lettered caution sigh stating jellyfish were in water. Was told the driver would return in 45 minutes to pick us up if we so desired. He did not return and was told we could only return on the taxi that had brought us.
Do not book shore excursions through MSC.
Cruise staff insisted that I wait for manager to discuss being charged for a glass a drink was served from in a bar. I waited over 30 minutes and was nearly late to disembarkation point. Manager refused to credit my account. Then wait was long at disembarkation point.
Choose another cruise lines.
