Review summary

I had a great time, but there were definitely a few things that could be better. Outdoor adult bar and pool open later and have more music...maybe even live music, along with not packing up lounge chairs so early. It would have been nice to have access to coffee earlier...I got up about 5:30 a.m. and wanted fresh hot coffee. Sit down dinner food not the greatest and buffet could have been open later. It also seemed that the casino closed rather early too. About the only thing to do late is the disco....and I'm too old for clubs. I also had to wait quite some time for drinks on occasion. Definitely could have used more bartenders. All in all, I had an amazing time though. These were all minor things that did not ruin my trip. Your staff is excellent!!

The food on the buffet was great, however I would have liked if it had stayed open a bit later. After a night of drinking, it would be nice to go to bed with food in your belly. I also did not like that the coffee was not fresh early in the morning. I got up every morning to watch the sunrise and had to drink lukewarm coffee (I assume from the day before). I only did dinner in the main dining rooms once. It was less than good. My fettuccine was a bit dry and not real warm.

I did not like that the pools and hot tubs closed and the lounge chairs were packed up so early. I also thought there should have been more outdoor adult entertainment.

Your staff was amazing. I especially liked one of the severs/bartender that was on the top pool deck (adult area). His name was Ray. He was always attentive, had a huge smile on his face and a ton of fun!!

For the most part, all was good. I did notice that almost all of the bathrooms had a slight foul odor.
