Review summary

The Embarkation process was chaos, no direction on where to go and when we actually made it thru the line to check in, no direction on where to go.

The disembarkation process was smooth, very easy and quick.

The Cigar Lounge on Deck 6 needs a better ventilation system.

Need a different variety of foods throughout the buffet and not the same thing every day, The pizza was amazing!

Need better friendlier staff, some staff were excellent the excursion crew was very helpful, the garden bartenders were excellent.... Other staff members acted like they didn't care. Our room was ocean view on deck 8 however the room was extremely small with 2 sets of luggage, no where to walk or get around the room.

I did like the programs that were handed out each night for the next day to let you know what was going on through-out the next day / evening.

Overall the ship is beautiful. I am not so certain we would ever do another MSC cruise.

Continuously saw staff cleaning up and wiping down tables, the ship was beautiful.

Room extremely small, no space to walk, when you have 2 sets of luggage's, it made it very difficult to maneuver around.

there was bit my husbands luggage wouldn't go all the way under the bed because of the bars underneath, but we made do.

is there luggage storage under the bed? past cruises always had luggage storage under thee bed or our room Stewart would store for us

Embarcation when I went on Divina a year ad a half ago...embarcation was about 2 hours on a long line. worst embarcation I ever experienced.

I get that it's an inside long even the workers there had complained about a better ventilation system. It wasn't a bad cruis, just need to work in a few things. And sorry if you don't like my negativity comments then please don't read.

The cigar lounge is an inside smoking room , what did you expect , ? Lol all of the staff including a guy mopping floors were friendly,

No please stay off MSC , Belinda , omg we had 4 balcony cabins and all 8 of us had a wonderful time on MS C so please take your negativity and stay home
