EVERYTHING WAS GOOD...FOOD EXC8

SERVICE EXCELLENT. ..

BUT WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE WE PLAN THIS CRUISE FOR

OUR 20TH ANNIVERSARY. ..

WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION THEY ASK ME

WHAT WAS THE MOTIVE OF THE CRUISE...FOR PLAN A GIFT FOR US AND A ESPECIALLY CELEBRATION...THEY ASK ME FOR WHAT THEY I WANT A CELEBRATE..WE TOLL THEM..MARCH 29..

WE WENT TO THE DINNING ROOM. .AND WE FEEL SAD AND DISSAPOINTED. .NOBODY CARE...NO EVEN PHOTO...CAKE OR ANYTHING. .

ALSO I HAVE A PACKAGE FOR MY PICTURE...THAT NIGHT I'M BE PLANNED FOR 3 MONTHS. ...

VERY SAD WITH MSC...LIKE THEY DON'T CARE...

WE WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE...THEY CARE LESS..

THAT NIGHT WAS THE WORST NIGHT. ..PLANNING EVERYTHING FOR MY ANNIVERSARY. ..FEEL FRUSTRATED. .AND VERY SAD..

WE SPEAK WITH DIFFERENT PERSONS. .THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR US..

MY EXPERIENCE IN THE DINNING ROOM. .NO TOO GOOD .We Love The SHIP

BUT THIS EXPERIENCE. ..IN THAT SPECIAL DAY...WAS TERRIBLE FOR US..AND THE MOST HURT ME..NOBODY IN THE SHOP CARE...

Wow! Thanks for the heads up. Did you book with MSC directly? We too are cruising for our 45th Anniversary in May. We have made them aware of the Special Occasion. Our last cruise with MSC was in the Yacht Club so we booked this one there too. In the past we found the service and meals to be subpar in Bella. It's extra $$'s but the experience is worth it.

We were on the same cruise, and it was supposed to be for a birthday/anniversary celebration which we told them about beforehand. We also didn't get anything. Our friends on the cruise were also celebrating an anniversary and received a bottle of wine. We didn't care too much though, because we thoroughly enjoyed the cruise!

Last cruise on Princess...on our Anniversary, when we opened our door there were balloons & a Happy Anniversary sign on our door as well as a Anniversary cake for 2 in the main dining room. Royal Caribbean on my birthday gave me chocolate dipped strawberries & champagne. Will be on RC again next February for birthday again. Maybe you should switch Cruise Lines. Happy 20th Anniversary! What a nice milestone to celebrate

You should have spoke directly with the head of your serving staff in your assigned restaurant, Gorge was in charge of the Black Crab he came by our table every nite and could have made it special , please don't forget whoever you talked to was just being social asking about your trip, , don't assume anything ,
