Review summary
This ship was beautiful, but we desired interesting activities. The pools were all too small for the number of passengers, and closed at 10pm. Most of the food and entertainment was European (the only show we went to was in French, music in the nightclub was in Spanish), we would have enjoyed more activities for a wider audience. The service was superb!! We did not enjoy the food selection for the dining room, since the lobster, steak and other items expected were at an extra cost. Overall, the value was there

I was on the Divina on the Oct 15th sailing and I can tell you that I felt service was very poor as well. I'm a white guy from Canada. Very bad food overall. Not enough tables in the buffet area on Deck 14. Not enough pool chairs. I'm avoiding MSC in future. They don't seem to care about service. A lot of pushing, shoving, cutting in line and general rudeness from the Europeans generally.
