Review summary

The ship is very nice and we never felt crowded, but the service wasn't good except for one or two. The people on the ship are rude, and I believe that may have to do with language barriers more than anything. The food was mediocre and the 'fun' was non-existent.  The shows were mostly good, two out of three were very entertaining.  Unfortunately we probably won't go on a MSC cruise again.  I believe since they are fairly new to cruising they just don't have a good system down yet.

very nice and roomy, and always clean when we returned from leaving the room. Balcony was not good as it was a solid balcony so you weren't able to sit and look out, had to stand.

I started sailing MSC out of Florida in 1999 on the melody. Sailed the Divina 4 weeks last year. Sailed her first week of June and will be back again next month. Already have a 15 day cruise booked on the Divina in 2017. The Divina has to be my favorite ship and I sail 4 or more weeks each year.

Yes, our experience wasn't positive - they don't hold a candle to other cruise ships

MSC was founded in 1960. They're not new to cruising...just the American market.

Spot on. We've done two cruises and exactly same. Never again.
