Review summary
MSC Divina is a beautiful looking ship as is the interior - unfortunately that where the good parts end - embarking and disembarking was chaotic - being told by ground staff that we HAD to go to customer services to register a credit card (despite them having it on file) queuing for 45 minutes to be told just before we get to the front that the machine was around the corner and no need to queue !!.
food on board - Buffet was very poor and mostly cold and little variety - dining room meals were - well frankly mediocre in both portion and taste - staff in general were pretty rude and curt if you asked a question - stateroom attendant was quite poor and to not have irons onboard and charge $5.00 to press a shirt is very poor. Bars drink selection was OK but not the way they make cocktails - all juices were way too sugary making cocktails so very sweet - using lime cordial in a moscow mule is just wrong . i think the bottom line from my side was that fantastic ship but having too big of a European crew and passengers (I am originally from the UK but lived in the states for 15 years ) changed the dynamic of the cruise and made it unlike any we had been on before and we wont be going MSC again

Ship tip
days at sea are a bit crazy but at the back on deck 16 there is a sunbathing area with showers and dunk tub
