Review summary

The ship was lovely, but that was it.. The service, and everything else was horrible.. Very disappointed from the min we got on the ship until we got off..entertainment was very limited.. I've left messages on the 1800 number for MSC because I was unable to register online and no one has returned my call as of now.. Don't waste money on this cruise line, aside from the ship it's not worth the money or time.

Room was nice but not clean, found an apple under our bed, after my husband dropped his phone and went looking for it... Sheets smelled really bad, had to have it changed..

I was on Divina in June and i rate it better than RC's freedom and oasis. I still live carvinal when i want to party

Nikkiw60 your review is on here. It's good to hear a review about "real" stuff. Some of the reviews had me worried but I guess it's natural that not everyone would be satisfied. Sadly, some reviews are from spoiled rotten people who are looking to find fault and whine about everything!!

Nikkiw60 what were some of the good and bad, im cruising on the 25 of June. I read we have to be there 2 hours before departure and we need to label our own luggage and deliver them to the appropriate person. Can you tell me more about this?

MSC DIVINA was absolutely awesome. We made friends with every staff member. They were all friendly and accommodating. Food was great especially the dining experience upgrade. The best $117 you can spend. 7 course meals with 7 different paired wines. Shows were phenomenal. And the ship is absolutely gorgeous. Some people will never be satisfied. Enjoy it! Can't wait to return

Totally agree got off today fantastic ship awful food / service / just so unfriendly and the drinks package was a joke the 'juices' were like syrup and ruined every cocktail - the dining room food was worse than school and the buffet if anyone had Luke warm food they were lucky -no variety - sorry guys if u are going with them but they are awful

Hooper and Ben, I'm with you but here are two examples that happened. I asked a lido attendant to order drinks. She told me " it's on the other side. Go get it yourself." Another customer needed help in the casino be a use her ticket was stuck. After pushing the service button several times and no one showed up, an officer was walking by. So she said, "excuse me. Can you help me with my ticket? He turned around and yelled saying "don't you see I'm an officwr? Do nor talk to me." So the lady said...I don't give a damn who you are. I need help. These are 2 of a long list of worst examples than this.

It's fascinating reading people's reviews of the Divina; there doesn't seem to be any middle ground. Either good/great or the worst cruise ever.

Did TA last november, worst experience on the 26 cruises I've been on but only you can decide. Ship...absolutely beautiful

This was not my experience. Been 3 times including May7. We had great service, very nice employees, great entertainment, good food. Great price / value. Close to 4,000 people per cruise with internet will result in some bad reviews.

Thanks rmancuso, im just out for a break from my normal life, not looking for anything special just sunshine and spend time with my wife and kids. I like to try something different I've done carvinal and royal Caribbean a few times.

@hooper1031 we have on the divina with MSC before and it was OUTSTANDING! Best service, best shows HANDS DOWN! We leave on the June 4th cruise and can't wait!! I think you have to see it for yourself!
