Review summary

The ship it self was beautiful top notch. The stateroom attendent in our case SUCKED. First experience with my stateroom attendent I was informed there were no clean face towels and he could give me ONE. I was traveling with my husband MISTAKE ONE.  I had to take my bed linen off myself in order to get clean linen. I have gone on cruises before and when returning for the evening I have always had the bed turned back and some design with the usage of the cabin towels. For those who say that's not important. YES IT IS. This is a service I enjoy receiving.

The entire ship was kept very clean. We had late seating in the UPPER BLACK CRAB were there were no black waiters. The service waiters spoke very very limited english. The service was average.

The entertainment on the ship was good. The entertainment department most definitely needs to step up their game. There were a few activities that involved the entertainment department.

Club GLAXY was a bust. There were a couple of nights I was informed it was great, but I never experienced.

The employees did not seem to be happy. I understand May 19th MSC DIVINA will take the ship to BRAZIL and all of the few english speaking employees will not continue on with the ship to this location. Again no one really seemed happy. When speaking with many employees asking if they will return once their contract ends none of them said yes.

The only way I would cruise with MSC again it will have to be a FREE TRIP.

Sorry that you had a bad experience.  I'm glad that mine was wonderful.  I think that the reason that they do not have comedians is because of the multiple number of languages spoken by passengers.

The shows were good,,but only one show no comic or anything.. piano bar staff was rude to me. Food was awful. i was on her sister ship in Greece last year Facinasia and this was a big disappointment.. i think they should stick with European Food instead of American food done all wrong.. meat was always too week done, my cabin was too small smaller than i expected, and they would not move me.. doing the cruise too cheap i guess to expect much. going on NCL next time sadly i cant recommend to clients in America, beautiful ship.. needs better food and service

that indeed is a major rip off - no black waiters in BLACK CRAB. Not even speaking of such a disgraceful thing as no towel sculptures. So ... is it "The entertainment on the ship was good" OR "The entertainment department most definitely needs to step up their game" This is one moronic review indeed

My intent was not to disparage your review in any way. I was sincerely thanking MSC for responding to a guests negative experience. I’ve seen other companies only acknowledge positive reviews online in the past.

There were plenty on this trip to make you happy. It's all your mind set and expectations. If you want every little detail being perfect, then sit at home. Just think what it takes to make everything work & being organized for 3 thousand people ... and away from the land. Divina crue did pretty good!!
