Review summary

Monarch of the Seas is a wonderful cruise ship for a first experience. The ship is kept clean through out the public use areas. The stateroom assigned to us was very nice. I thought the room would feel crowded considering the size, but really it was only used for sleeping because the activities kept you quite busy. The cruise director kept you updated on most things, but kept the atmosphere relaxing all at the same time. The food was good, it could get a bit cooled off by the time you received it in the dining room, but overall was good. The dining staff couldn't have been nicer. Overall, a wonderful experience.

People love to sell things here and can get a bit pushy.
