Decent Cruise

Sail Date: February 05, 2007

Reviewed: 10 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Oceanview

The Monarch is an older, elegant ship. The dining crew is fabulous. The room attendant was barely adequate.

Pros: The crew was amazingly wonderful!

Cons: The food was not very good; same lunch daily; same breakfast daily

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED) 221? No.

Ship Quality
The ship is very clean although it is old.
Food and Dining
The dining room atmosphere was lovely, however, the quality of the food was lacking. We sent several meals back.
Cabin / Stateroom
The rooms are too small.
Service and Staff
The staff is fabulous.
Ensenada, Mexico
La Bufadora is nice.
Don't Miss: There are none.
Catalina Island, California
