Well maintained ship, in spite of its age, it stills looks really good. Friendly staff, nice variety of entertainment.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
For a 3/4 day cruise the food was what I would expect.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Loved the comedian and the "musical impersonator" Bryan G.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Cabin attendant gets an "excellent" rating, the rest of the staff was good, friendly, but not necessarily an "above and beyond" quality.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Small but clean and well-maintained. Note that there are no in-room safes which are typical on newer ships.

Ports of call

Ensenada, Mexico

3 out of 5
Bufadora was a scenic and enjoyable excursion.

San Diego, California

3 out of 5
Gaslight district was nice for shopping & restaurants. Also heard great things about the maritime museum.

Catalina Island, California

5 out of 5
Rent a golf cart and see more than just the port area. Charming island... hike, bike, stroll. Great seafood and a few non-touristy shops made it a perfect day.
Don't Miss: Rent a golf cart.

Pros: Ports & Entertainment

Cons: Average food, mid-America clientele
