Dinning Room staff excellent Bar staff excellent except for the lady in Schooners Bar during Trivia. EXTREMELY RUDY she needs to be retrained on Customer Service

First cruise back from covid. Enjoyed every minute of it. Rained for a bit but didn't dampen our trip

We really enjoyed this Valentine’s Day cruise. The attendants were all friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. The ship was kept very clean.The islands were beautiful and well maintained. I was happy to see that Labadee was open as I had ne er been to that port. We are ready for our next cruise!

It was a lovely cruise. There was one incident that I believe needs attention. Several passengers were disappointed at the pickleball court. With only one court and no supervision, players assembled to play in an orderly fashion when a couple came up to play and bullied their way on the court displacing about 13 other people waiting to play. Some were upset and others just left. I have some suggestions to help make it better, if you are interested. How about posting RCCL rules onboard the ship where people play pickleball? Here are my rules suggestions: 1) While people are waiting to play, all games will play to 7 points (win by 2). If the game is tied at 10 the next point wins. 2) The 2 players who won the game remain on the court and must split up and play with the 2 oncoming players. 3) If a person wins 3 games in a row, that person must sit and let others play. This will prevent people who are superior players from dominating the court. These rules will permit everyone to play and keep the games going in a fun and inclusive manner. I had a wonderful cruise and please don't think this ruined it in any way. It's just a suggestion to make it better.

This was the first cruise I have been on since cruising resumed. It was very enjoyable.

The best thing about this cruise was the crew. Everyone was amazing! I actually appreciated the fact that it was not cruising at full capacity. It seemed a lot less crowded than our last cruise in 2019.

I had so much fun I literally cannot wait to go back!

staff was great! very friendly and always cleaning and keeping up with the covid protocols which made us feel at ease during the pandemic.

We will be sticking to cruises with Freedom class or higher in the future.

It was nice to finally take a vacation after 2 years of Covid lockdown, but I think my next cruise will be with Carnival again or Norwegian (will be my first with them).

Overall awesome experience. Felt very safe. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cleaning was above and beyond. Still many activities to do despite COVID. Food was great and lots of selection. There was one or two items in main dining that were not the most amazing, like dry salmon once but still excellent overall. The drink packages and drinks in general are very expensive. I knew to expect that but it’s still one thing I don’t like. I would buy a drink package if it were reasonable, maybe $50/day vs $70-80.

An outstanding cruise full of relaxation, great food, great service, and overall wonderful staff!

Most disappointed in for not honoring on board credit.
