Review summary

Overall not impressed with this ship. It needs a lot of maintenance. The staff needs to trained properly. Will not sail this ship again. You can tell the staff was tired but they didn’t need to take it out on guests. If you don’t believe look in the MDR at the dinning chairs. They need to be replaced. This ship needs more entertainment. More ice shows. I will Say the staff in the Windjammer were amazing. They were on top of everything.

This ship lacked entertainment, shows were canceled because of rough seas but they didn’t try to do something else to entertain guests.

Service and Staff

Room Steward was horrible. The room wasn’t very clean when we arrived. He rolled his eyes when I asked for the beds to be separated. I had requested this beforehand. Our head waiter Eugenia was horrible. She didn’t go the extra mile, never read the chefs recommendations, did not bring us the dishes we wanted. Overall the only thing saving our dinners every night was our amazing assistant waiter Nishant.

The MDR chair were ALL PEELING. Table clothes were dirty. They were constantly “working” on things but never finished anything.

That's a shame, we loved it but that was probably 15 years ago. The Voyager class is our favourite.
