Review summary

We enjoyed Mariner of the Sea and spent this cruise mostly in the Casino. Its a smaller boat but perfect for a weekend cruise.

Embarkation

We had The Key & also stayed in the suite. From parking to cabin took us about 10-15 min.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Izumi was fantastic & we also enjoyed the bolognese in the MDR. Love the Bamboo room pouches for select drinks ( makes drinking your cocktail around the ship so easy, no spills in crowds and I carried like a purse.)

Ship Quality

Everything was clean however, the yoga matts & foam rollers in the fitness center need to be changed out.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
Our room attendant Alfredo was fantastic however, our Grand Suite cabin had a joining door to a smaller cabin with a family of 4. They had 2 kids under the age of 5 that continuously screamed bloody murder every night multiple times from 8pm - 5 am. It was absolutely miserable and there wasn’t much guest services or security could do to help. Also not a huge deal but operating the lights throughout the room was very confusing and a few bulbs continuously flickered.

Ship tip

Check out the Bamboo room there are only 2 ships im the fleet that have this bar with the cocktail pouches.
