Review summary
We have cruised on another cruiseline, so that's my comparison. We were allowed to board a little early but we were never asked to check our luggage nor were we directed to an area to check it. We were all of a sudden on board and went to guest services. Here we encountered a very rude employee that didn't want to help. He said you'll need to carry it with you until your room is ready. I was thinking what, for three hours! We are a family if six with children abd I told him that's unacceptable. I asked to speak with a manager and then he said MAYBE I can help you and hold them here but you'll need to pick them up here. This was not a great way to start our cruise.Embarkation
