Review summary

It was a good first cruise for myself. I wish I would have choose a place with more stops since our day to COCOCAY got cancelled! but other than that I enjoyed relaxing in the sun and the food was great.... the dining staff was probably the best i have ever came in contact with! (joey and Latifah)

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
the workers in the main dining rooms ( JOEY AND LATIFAH) were the most welcoming and best servers I have ever had!!!!!!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
too busy

Entertainment

3 out of 5
decent

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable the whole cruise from start to finish.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
It was nice.. probably confusing for older people but it was clean... sometimes the bathrooms by the pools were a little messy.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
it was really nice I thought it was going to be outdated and not as clean as it was. it was a nice size for a stateroom no complaints!!!

Ship tip

Probably to go somewhere that has multiple stops because we only had two stops and didnt even make it to the second one so that sucked!!!

This was the fourth time our dining room table mates had Coco Cay on an RCL cruise itinerary, and that port was cancelled three times. The tenders to transport people from ship to shore can’t handle choppy waters.

Why did they cancel CoCocay?
