Review summary

We were very disappointed with . Our travel agent flat out lied to us about the price and we didn't know it until we received the email confirmation of our cruise. That confirmation came within a minute or so after hanging up the phone. We called immediately to tell them that a mistake had been made. We were told it was too late now. We begged them to replay the recording that is made during each booking but they said they couldn't do it. It was very frustrating. We will never use their services again.
