Review summary
2.5 hrs getting on 2.25 hrs getting off everything in between was great. Getting on we were told the delay was because of budget cuts so they didn't have enough customs agents. Getting off was different, since our last cruise they started a new way to disembark carry your own bags that way you can go as soon as the ship is cleared. We along with about 3000 other people thought that was a great idea, hence a line to exit from hell.Ship experiences
