I enjoyed the view. We were on the sixth floor and was not bothered by the noise. Once the drapes are closed, you’re good.

We’ve stayed in them a few times and noise really wasn’t an issue. Go on deck 7 so you won’t have something like Boleros under you, and like the other poster said, the curtains cover most of the noise. The couch under the window is a nice bonus. Watch getting dressed though as a room will be right across from you. Or maybe treat it as a feature - to each their own. :-)

We were midship deck 7 with promenade window. Loved the extra seating area. Never noticed any noise and I specifically look for a quiet room.

enjoy watching the parades.. costume parties...or just people watching...you can't really hear anything...9 days away from that cruise cabin on Mariner of the Seas...

Had cabin 7297 overlooking the promenade. Only one night was a little noisy, but it didn't last long.
