The weather at these Baltic Sea countries seem to be very unpredictable, bring warmer clothing.

Marina is a nice size ship. Not too many people; room for all. Reserve specialty restaurants ahead if you can. Don't expect a lot of entertainment. And we like it like that!

Make sure to get the surf and turf at the Waves Grill. The burgers are made with Angus beef and it makes a great sandwich.

THE SHIPS PROPELLERS ARE OUT OF BALANCE, YOU ARE THROWN OUT OF BED EVERY TIME THE SHIP STARTS TO MANOUVER. HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS ON ANY OTHER OCEANIA SHIP, IT WAS TERRIBLE.

The example quoted in the questionnaire could have been written by me! Anyone sailing on the Marina can expect a lovely ship with good accommodation and first rate food. Both the latter on a par with Cunard's Princess Grill suites. On board activities are very limited however.

Would recommend adding days to beginning and end of trip for less hectic travel to meet flight and cruise schedules. Ship, staff and ports were fabulous. Onboard ship credit comes with limitations. Wireless accessibility not the best. Concierge not always helpful. Veranda room a must.

This the the second time I have traveled on the Marina. My first trip was to Argentina and Chile. The ship has every amenity I could want or need without the crowds. I love the Marina!

Book specialty restaurants at an early hour so you can make the shows! They don't start until 9:30.

Don't go on the excursions. They are vastly overpriced and the buses are like cattle pens.

On past Oceania sailings, we always had Happy Hour in Martinis. This sailing, we tried Horizons and enjoyed our Martini even more. We enjoyed the view and Horizons is much lighter then Martinis.

If you book to see places, forget about Oceania. The company is only concerned about filling their ships, not what the passengers need. The advertisement should read 'YOUR WORLD, NO WAY!'

The shore tours that we booked were expensive for the value 2 for one happy hour was nice, but service at the bar was very slow during that time.

First cruise I have been on that had a happy hour. We made use of that every day to save some money.
