Review summary

I was really looking forward to the Oceania experience , I’m not sure I will sail with them again. The dining service was so spotty , mostly mediocre .

The food in the main dining room was terrific as were the specialty restaurants . The buffet can be chaotic but a good selection of food items. The service was very disappointing! We actually left one of the restaurants because our food was taking too long. It was very difficult to get a second glass of wine at dinner , the sommelier was too busy! There are plenty of staff walking around the rooms but never make eye contact . Very disappointing

I was on this cruise. It was fun and the food and service were fine. The ports were interesting for the most part. Post summer expect the weather to be a little chilly so sitting by the pool was infrequent. Due to the time of year most guests were retirees. If you want a more mixed group spring and summer would be better. We had a good time.
