Treated like animal herded together in the port .pre boarding . 200 passengers dumped in a car park for 3 hours from midday to 3pm . No water, no food , no shade and no toilets ! I got badly burnt Staff treat customers as an inconvenience ! Staring from the General Manager . A rude man with a bad attitude WiFi never worked. Not in touch with family for days .worse still over Xmas Captain airlifted from ship as very ill. We were never informed officially . Staff told us! Ship tired . Cruise Director and egotistical boring man .Embarkation
