Excursions were amazing but staff on explorer were unhelpful, rude , and no help when cabin flooded

I can't see myself going on this ship again as there seems to be too many cut backs.... It's my 1st cruise with tui but a lot on board were saying how it's changed and sadly for the worst.... People I travelled with have been with tui and they said this was by far their worst experience..... I paid a £630 single supplement which I feel was very steep... To come back from a 2 week all Inc holiday lighter than when you boarded shows how bad the food was

Itinery great, Ship very old, tired, dirty, food awful, drink fraud going on, entertainment average.. Not worth half the cost.

On the whole great. Interesting ports of call. Staff were well organised at each port and excursions were good value for money and interesting. Its just the entertainment that was not up to scratch.

Yes, I echo all the above - everything brilliant on our 2 weeks around the Caribbean, from Captain Peter, right down to Alex on excursions - all effective, efficient, professional whilst still able to have playful banter with each other and guests. We liked it so much we've booked Tenerife for next March, not cos we like Tenerife, but because the ship/crew were so good. Good job Tui/Marella!

We had a great time and will definitely be cruising again.

Was on the ship for 2 weeks around the Caribbean. The people on the ship were fantastic. The selection of food and entertainment was second to none. However, on a downside, the TV HD channel was simply unwatchable, clearly an issue with bandwidth. Also on this point the “so called” WiFi ! Is exorbitantly priced and useless. It is intermittent and very slow, you get 3 gigabytes for £90, which will not last 2 weeks. Also on a separate note, I have a mobile WiFi’s dongle, which is global activated. I purchased a data sim from Digicell in Aruba. Digicell are available across all the Caribbean islands. However be advised !! Data sims only work in the Islands they are purchased in. I purchased a 5GB data sim and is now useless, less than 1/4 GB used, after leaving Aruba it is now useless ($50 down the pan). Only purchase one of these if you are staying on an Island for any length of time. The only other “issue” I would add is fairly minor, maybe even less if you do not watch the TV? There is a movie channel called movies now and then. A fantastic selection of movies, however if there were some schedule of movies available, rather than pot luck on what is coming up next, this would be great, for me and other movie buffs alike. Overall a great experience notwithstanding the points mentioned above.

What can I say? A perfect two weeks in Paradise.The ship was amazing, the people were awesome and the scenery was out of this world. Oh, and the sun shone. . .

Great cruise, love the fact everything is in, ie grats and drinks. But from what I believe other cruise lines are a lot better but the attraction of marella is that you know what your spending as everything is included but now other cruise lines are beginning to include grats as standard and do regular offers of free drinks packages etc I think marella need to just up there game a little as there usp is about to become ununique with other cruise lines adapting.

Absolutely fantastic ship , the band in the squid and anchor pub neil on drums ben topham on guitar emily Brown vocals and all the other band members absolutely amazing, special thanks to rain our waiter in the squid and anchor absolute top man , special thanks to Florence behind the bar in the squid and anchor she treated all in my party like royalty, special thanks to dan the manager in the Mediterranean restaurant top bloke all the staff who waited on you in there also , all the waiters chefs etc in the marketplace restaurant, all the pool waiters bar staff chefs in the snack shack, big shout out to joy in champneys spa brilliant and she gives one hell of a massage highly recommended, captain john and all the crew who got us to our destinations the 2 weeks we were aboard , all the cleaners and cabin crew for looking after our cabins and made us fantastic towel animals every day, all the waiters and cast in the broadway show lounge what great shows they put on to entertain us every night , special thanks to every member of staff on board the ship for making my first ever cruise the best holiday ever.

From Celebrity to Tui Cruise Germany to Marella Cruise (Tui Uk) this shio still has so much character and history and was so good to be on board shes been well looked after and is an amazing ship

This was a cruise that we had done before but we still really enjoyed it. The polish was taken off it by the long wait for the airport transfer.

Adriatic is a fantastic would definitely go again on Marella or any other company so much to see and history.

Chose this cruise due to the itinerary. Loved visiting all of the ports. Food and drink on ship was faultless. Very friendly staff. Can’t wait till the next cruise.

Overall a fantastic cruise with amazing ports of call.
