Review summary

Customer service awful , we spent two weeks with hardly any sleep thanks to noisy neighbours ....despite repeated complaints nothing was done ..princess , royal Caribbean ,P & O etc would have put them ashore

Most staff were great , however we had issues with noisy neighbours and despite ourselves and another 2 cabins complaining repeatedly for two weeks customer services did nothing and have refused to reimburse us anything on return, despite admitting that they made mistakes !!!!
