We finally did our back to back and loved it! Not having to wait on luggage to unpack…being on a almost empty ship was a treat. There were a few less passengers and children on this sailing. We will stick to Fall while school is in session for sure.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We were gathered with others doing back to back on last day. They provided coffee, juices, water and danish. They were very informative about what was going to happen. Once the ship was at Zero passengers except us, we were escorted to terminal. They did facial recognition and we were back on!
The short time we had the ship to ourselves was short but glorious! It was nice to just go back to our cabin which Emmanuel had cleaned early for us. No waiting on luggage…no unpacking!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We switched from Anytime to Timed Dining and were much happier! We had great table mates and enjoyed their company! Food was good everywhere we ate!
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Pools and hot tubs crowded at times. Chair hogs out in full force
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Shows and comedy shows were great! Really do not care for Center Stage area. It’s hard to get good visuals unless you camp out hours before popular shows.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Room steward Emmanuel continued to take great care of us again as he had the week before.
Lester from Room Service was the best! I wanted to take him home with us. So sweet and kind.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Design was easier the longer we were on her. But she is showing wear in the room carpets and Lido floor decking. Needs a dry dock for some TLC!
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
As I said in previous cruise review(B2B), we enjoy this type of cabin. Balcony handicap accessible. Love the power sliding door and auto open cabin door. Bathroom was room and efficient. Sewer smell noted as before.
Ship tip
Have patience when it comes to the elevators. They are small…
