Review summary

I love cruising and this ship offers a great variety of stuff for everyone

Embarkation

I love the ease of Terminal 3 at Port Canaveral. It's a dedicated terminal for the Mardi Gras and it a quick and easy process from parking, to check in to boarding the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
All the free dining option like Guy's Burger, Shaqs Big Chicken, Blue Iguana, Pizza and Paninni sandwiches were great. Chibang and La Cucina del Capitano were wonderful. Your first time is free and then anytime after you're charged $8 per person. On this sailing I only ate at one specialty dining and it was absolutely delicious the meal I had at Rudi's Seafood Grill. I also enjoyed the street eat free items and the Seafood Shack fish and chips plate for approx $18.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
I lived at the Tides pool and the pool at Summer Landings. They both give you a perfect Oceanview from the aft (rear) of the ship and are close to a bar and food. My husband enjoyed riding the Bolt roller coaster it's 2 times around for $15. We all did the ropes coarse it was exhilarating to be that high on the ocean. My husband di use the gum once and he thought it was a nice space.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Cruise director Jacky Tang was amazing, he brought so much energy to everything he hosted. Saw a few comedians and they were hilarious. Halloween party, 80's party and the Glow party at the lido pool deck were so fun and full of great music.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All the staff on board were amazing. Cabin steward was so helpful and attentive. Our adult daughter became seasick due to rough waters and he continued to check in on her to see if she needed anything.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It was a Halloween themed sailing so it was well decorated with appropriate colors and decor for the occasion. Anytime you went into a common area you would see staff cleaning areas to keep the ship looking it's best. From towels on pool chairs, dishes or glasses left on tables or under beach loungers staff was constantly roaming around to keep areas clean. That included restrooms, wiping down elevator buttons, stair rails and cleaning around any food counters and floors. They did an amazing job with cleaning.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Room was beautiful with colors of ocean blue and white. The bed was comfortable. A nice size sofa that flips into a twin size bed if needed. Large vanity with lighted mirror and comfy storage stool to use at the vanity. Plenty of closet space and hangers with adjustable shelves. The bathroom is standard for a cruise but what I do like is the way they picked the shower doors that swivel inward and seal tight to keep water from spilling everywhere. The shower head is adjustable and can be handheld if needed with a foot bar for shaving legs if needed. They also have a close-in in the shower if needed. There is also adequate shelving in the bathroom.

Ship tip

My only advise I would give is get on as early as you can. Since the ship is so big you want to be able to experience as much as you can before your cruise is done. From food, to entertainment I found myself missing on things because of the size. That's why I've been on 3 times lol.
