Review summary

Wonderful time minus the small issues. But we much rather the smaller ships.

Embarkation

Had been on Mardi Gras previously when only 60 % capacity. This was a full sail this time. Lines not bad at all, moved quickly. But the staff is overwhelmed. Way too many people to try to please. There were numerous issues almost on a daily basis. Waiting over an hour between appetizers in Rudy's Sea Grill before dinner was served and that was only after asking about it once we saw others who came in after us finish and leave. Rushed through steak house dinner, never served the chef's surprise appetizer. Then we were served our appetizer and salad together. This was first formal night where we were to get a bottle of wine in the steak house. Had to ask and more or less insisting as they knew nothing about it. Both times offering a bottle of wine for the issues which was nice but would much rather have the service that was paid extra for.

Rudy's and Steak House have gone downhill in service and special touches. Everything else was wonderful, especially Italian restaurant and Emeril's. Never ate in the dining room other than breakfast so cannot judge.
