The layout was a bit confusing at first, but after a day or so we got the hang of it! Common areas were well maintained & cleaned multiple times a day

Spacious room for the ship; had sewage smell in bathroom first day- had to have the service crew look at that. Had trouble with our TV in the room- called to report that and the guest service assistant treated me like I was stupid and didn’t understand how the tv worked. After I insisted he send someone to look at it- they confirmed it had to be reset to allow proper usage of the channels, etc. Another incident- our air conditioning on our room was not working properly towards the end of our trip/stay and we had to have yet another service call to our room to determine what th problem was :(. I truly expected better quality on my his trip :(
Love our time here! Took an excursion hiking up a mountain and came back down the water falls/slides! Our staff that were with us snapped so many great pictures and memories! So worth the money to have the staff do this so we could enjoy ourselves and be in the moment!!
Loved our time here as well! We took an excursion where we did snorkeling and exploring on the other side of the island! Our guides were SUPER! We recommend the group that is not booked through carnival…
